Played with Keith and Ben. Very cold to start. About 34 degrees. Only got up to about 37 or 38 all day. Coldest round of the year for me. Considering all the extra layers of clothing I was wearing, surprisingly, I did not play all that poorly. Had a couple yanked iron shots that got me in a bit of trouble, and it took me 4 or 5 holes to get driver going straight, but all in all, kept the ball under control most of the day. Had a few nice up and downs to help keep the score reasonable. Hit a big draw (too big) 8i off the tee on nine and went all the way down the hill on the left. Pin was close to the left edge so there really was no place to land it to have a chance since the green was frozen. Tried to land it short, but landed too short and didn't make it up to the green. Decent 2nd try with 60* to about 10 feet, but missed the putt by an inch for my only double of the day. Weather doesn't look too good the rest of the week. This might have been final round of the year. Hope not.
