Ben, Paul, Mike. Partly cldy, 75, muggy. Driver off a tad. Hit a couple decent ones, but discomfort from work injury to left side/back earlier this week, definitely affected driving accuracy and distance today. Injuries in general have been killing my golf game the last couple years. Despite the pain, played okay otherwise. Chipped in for bird on 13th. Also hit a 23* hybrid to 3 feet on 8th resulting in another bird. Got into trouble on 15th after hitting hybrid off tee into bunker, then electing to layup short of hazard. Hit PW out of bunker to a couple yards short of hazard. Had inbetween 52 and PW distance in from there. Thinking I could put it on the pin, choked down on a PW. Lie was a bit downhill and very thin. Caught it very thin and flew it straight into the hazard. Penalty. Dropped and then rehit PW to 3 feet to save double. As usual, 15th was my downfall.
Lots of ice and Advil afterward. This is getting old. I guess, so am I.
