Turned sunny and high 60s by afternoon. Had no tee time scheduled so just went up to work on some things at the range. I think I made it worse. By the time I gave up at the range I could not hit a clean 6i and driver was weakly fading right. Should have left well-enough alone.
Once the course started to quiet down, I decided to go play a few holes. I ran into the back of the crowd on the 2nd hole and by the 3rd, was waiting for 10 minutes. Decided to go back to the range to see if I could figure out what happened to my driver. I was in no mood to stand and wait all day.
So, went back to the range and added a move that seemed to work. The first tee had been quiet for awhile so decided to go try again. Played the blue tees again.
Driver started working, but the new move began to aggravate my left elbow and left shoulder by the 5th hole. I had already hit 100 balls or so on the range, which probably didn't help. In any case, played okay and didn't run into the back of the crowd until the 10th. By that time I was so sore I thought maybe I should call it quits for the day before I did any damage. Went home and iced both left elbow and shoulder. Need a day off from swinging.
