Sunny, cool, low 50s with some breeze.
Right shoulder very irritated. Did not have my best swing today. Tempo a little off. Still hit it okay. Hit irons well, but kept misjudging wind....or else maybe I am just hitting my irons better lately. Just like last round, I hit three or four 5 and 6 irons 10-15 yrds longer than expected. Went over the green, into the wind with 6i on 6th. Pin was 147. Wind in face. Played it like 155 to 160. Hit it right at pin, but it landed past pin and bounced off back of green. Was 15 yards long on uphill 4th. Good lag to 2 feet saved the par. 110 yard approach on 10th into the wind. Played PW and ended up 10 yards past, in bunker.
Overall, everything seemed a little forced. Got a little quick on a few pitches. Touch was not there today, though was still able to save a bunch of pars with good up and downs and sand play. Made some longish par-saver putts from 10 and 12 feet. Missed way too many greens. Terrible.
The discomfort in right shoulder certainly started to weigh on me as the round went on. Lots of ice right now. Want to play tomorrow, but will have to see how irritated it is in the morning.
