Another short one. Didn't get out early enough to beat the scheduled large outing. Should have gone a half hour earlier and would have been able to jump in front of them before they teed off on one. Instead, played back, but by the time I got to the front, they had two foursomes already out on the first hole, together. All eight players. It was a scramble, so the whole front was full of them and I had already finished the back. No point in continuing. Course was closed to outside play by then.
A little rain, but not bad. Played okay. Hit some nice shots, missed some nice putts. Not bad. Wish I could have played the 2nd nine. So far, have only played two nine hole rounds 1/2 way into May. I'm gonna forget how to play.
Shot of the day was a 175-yard 5 iron off tee on 17th to 18 inches. Made THAT putt.

The state of Maryland isn't all that much different from D.C. geographically so the grass must be growing well.
