Played better than score today. Hit all clubs pretty well. Putting continues to be strong. Two 3-putts, but both were from over 50 feet to start. The one on 8 was from way above the hole. Can't believe I was able to reach the 2nd tier of this hugely uphill green with a 6i, into the light breeze, but hit it better than anticipated. Ended up all the way to the back of the green, with virtually no possibility of stopping it once it got over the ridge down to the front tier without hitting the hole. Actually I did hit the hole with the well-read and nicely-paced putt, but it flung it out and continued down another 8 feet. Just missed the comebacker. Both 3 putts today were on GIRs.
Happy with my play today. Even driver, for the most part. Only disappointment was GIRs. Should have hit 3 or 4 more, but was hitting my irons so well, I kept flying over greens. Bounced on and over at least 4 greens today.
Shoulders surprisingly hanging in there even with daily practice and 8 rounds in the last 10 days. No ice necessary today.
