Played with Richie and Keith. Ben was sick and could not play. First time playing the course. No gps, no yardage booklet, no local knowledge, fairways not full (bare spots), no idea where we were supposed to hit the ball on many holes. They had a microburst do a lot of damage to the course a few days earlier. There was quite a bit of flooding. So we rolled the ball in the fairways as nec. Consequently, did not count the score or bother keeping stats. Greens were very slow, but would have been nice and scoreable had they been faster. Nowhere near the slope all of us are used to. Like Florida. We could not get the ball to the hole more often than not. Was good to get away from WM, but disappointed in our choice. I would like to play it again when conditions are back to normal. Wasn't worth the high Sunday AM full price. Maybe that explains why no one was there. No one in front or behind us for a 10 am tee time. Hmmmm?
Some long par 4s from the white tees, pretty much all in a row on the back. 13=404y, 14=407y, a par 3, then 425y on 16. At least one of those par 4s was uphill. Can't remember which.
