Started at 48° with a 2 mph breeze. Well, today was an experience, a bad one, but one nonetheless. It didn't matter what I did or tried to do, it was bad and totally ineffective. It was really a disappointing day, especially after the way I have been playing, but I know that I can't play like that all the time, but it is still disappointing. Oh well, there will always (?) be days like this to remind us from where we came, the progress that we have enjoyed and that humility is a necessary trait. That doesn't mean that I'm going to accept this laying down, it just means that it was an anomaly and that further work is needed (primarily mental). So, back to the drawing board, as they like to say, and I'll come out better equipped for my next round on Tuesday! You gotta love it!
