Started at 70°, partly sunny skies and a 10 mph breeze was present. I had only 2 swing thoughts today--soft, quiet hands and even tempo. in my prior round I felt as though I was choking the clubs and trying to hit the ball too hard, hence these swing thoughts. I managed to maintain these thoughts throughout the day and had some pretty good results. My short game was pivotal to this round (69%). as was my putting. My lone birdie (#11), I holed the putt from off the green. My putting was pretty good today as I hole a few from distances that I normally struggle from, but the putting stat is a bit skewed by all of the up & downs. It works that way at times, yes? I'm pretty happy today!
