Started at 72°, clear skies, very humid, and a slight 3 mph breeze. I realized a lot of success in my iron play on the outward half of the round, and was very consistent with my ball striking, but the inward half was the "other" side of the coin. I allowed my mental game to slip some and was unable to reclaim it. Problematic, at best. I won't make any excuses, as it was just me having the problem. I need to find a cure for that, and I'm sure I'll come up with something by the time I play again on Tuesday, but it was sure nice to see my efforts rewarded, albeit briefly. There's light at the end of the tunnel! I have to admit that I'm truly "jacked" by the success. Maybe there's hope for me yet. :)
