This course was a bit easy despite sharp dog legs. I missed an opportunity to really move up higher on this course during World Am. Maintenance of course was very good. Lots of dog legs and offers you risk reward type of areas as well. Greens were very very slow, 8 on stimp. It had an selection of undulating greens, elevated greens and some flat greens. Fun course, no doubt. Hospitality and the above was great.

This course is usually considered one of the middle-tier Myrtle Beach courses. There isn't anything spectacular about the scenery, and the greens were starting to brown, but fer cryin' out loud, the course was FUN to play, despite being dry to the lack of rain they'd had there.
The staff inside the clubhouse as well as outside was perhaps the friendliest I encountered during the three weeks I spent in Myrtle Beach. I had played there once 15 years ago, and found myself admitting I should have been back sooner.
