Layout makes for enjoyable round if you play from the correct tees. Wind makes a big difference in playability also. Moderate wind on only a few holes in my round. If you have early tee time in winter take warm clothes - was 37 degrees when we teed off. Cart paths only made it slower. Fairways were above average with about a third of them thin. Biggest complaint - PLEASE put some sand in the bunkers!

Tee boxes are in horrible shape and look like they haven't been cleaned for a long , time. The greens are inconsistent and fairways are so-so. They are pushing people out every 8min which leads up back-ups. Will only play there with a coupon or if a friends wants too.
