Lundin Golf Club, near Saint Andrews, was founded in 1868 on a Tom Morris course; it was extensively redesigned by five-time Open Champion James Braid in 1909. Since then, Lundin has regularly hosted final qualifying for the Open Championship - not surprising, given its narrow fairways and variety of burns and bunkers. The wind is also a strong factor here.

Visitors are welcome at various times, so advance booking is highly recommended. The standard walking rates are £58/round or £80/day on weekdays, then £65/round on weekends and bank holidays. Junior and 3-day tickets are also offered, as are memberships.
