Played last week, what a cracking golf course, great golf links, had a fantastic day, big fast greens, undulating fairways, doglegs and big pot bunkers, put this one on your list, winter rates are cracking value and a very welcoming club and members.

First time here. Played the valley course in ferocious stormy conditions off little bits of plastic mat!...very disappointing.

The Dunluce course should be in the top 5 in the world!! Both courses are great and if your anywhere near them make sure you play them!!

Best course I have ever played. I played Royal County Down which is the number 4 course in the world and this one is better. Very difficlut course but fun at the same time. I had a four club wind which was new to me but was extremely fun in trying to create shots that end up where you want them. The scenery i s amazing and highly recommend it to everyone.

Great golf course on the Northern coast of Ireland. Portrush is a charming little village and they are quite proud to be the home of U.S. Open Champion Graham McDowell. This is his home course as well.
Course was great. The views of the white rocks, the Dunlunce castle, the cliffs, and the neighboring valleys filled with sheep are unforgettable.
The course had some great holes including #14-Calamity Corner where I missed a 3 footer for par after teeing off with a 3 wood. Started off with a birdie after hitting a beautiful drawing 7 iron way up the hill on the second shot to a back left pin location.
The dunes are in play on this course and there are some big ones, but they are not quite as dramatic and "Lost Canyons-like" as those at Ballybunion and not as flat/non existent as Portmarnock. It really was a nice balance. A few blind shots, but the course was well marked with directional poles. Lots of fairway bunkers and a face bunker on 18 that was bigger than any I have ever seen.
Almost had a memorable eagle on #15, Purgatory, after hitting the blind shot towards the directional pole I ran to the edge of the hill to watch the ball fly straight at the pin, hit the front of the green, and roll 10 feet towards the flag only to lip out.
Only Irish Course to host a British Open and I can see why.
