tee boxes were completely worn. fairways were in avg condition, greens were recently punched and sandy. the cart paths were completely crumbling, bumpy, and in disrepair. overall the course was in pretty rough shape. the positive is that it was 45 bucks with cart for fall rates. would not pay reg price to play here. if you live close by it might worth playing but if you live more than 15-20 minutes away def not worth the drive out there. Play poquoy instead

New ownership this year, many upgrades to buildings. Great pricing. Course in nice shape, but no irrigation of on fairways, very hard. Very large greens are in GREAT shape, fast and true. Tournament-like rough just off fringe. #18 is indeed the #1 handicap hole. Relatively short, but any approach shot not on the green is death no matter where you miss. Only real bummer is that it is not a professionally mapped course.
