first hole in one June 2.,2012. great day. ace finished with a 76. Had to play the next day because I was in such a groove. 2 eagles and shot a 75. hitting the ball well finally, want to get in as many rounds as possible before I lose the groove. this is goal afterall.. 6/16/12
jrnymand says:
Been driving the ball much better lately. I dont know what Im doing different, but its working. Dont seem to be bending my wrists as much. The short game is great and the putting has been pretty good with the exception of a couple bad holes. Now. if I can only get the GIRs up. Thats the worst part of my game now. If I can improve that stat, I think I can start lowering that handicap. 5/29/12

Well i went out this week and put in two rounds at Camp Zama here in japan. Now i understand the term Army greens. they are huge. its almost like you cant miss the green. and this course loves its hills on the greens make no mistake about it there are very few straight puts on this course. but none of them are sneaky there all easy to read breaks 9/30/10
Simba says:

I started playing a draw for the first time this past month and when I went to Phoenix to play at the TPC and Kierland resort it got me into so many problems. While golfing with an individual at Stonecreek, a couple of days later he told himself to slow his swing down. I thought he was talking to me so I followed his advise! Amazing! I got my straight drives back and when I draw the ball I goes significantly further! Slowing swing speed down helps tremendously!!! 8/24/10
jrnymand says:
Isnt it weird? It seems like I find sooooo many different ways to make the same score. 7/24/10
jimmyvig says:
Wow one for those days where I was draining long putts..I was hoping for a sub par round, but that will be for a latter day. Golf is on the side burner for a while..looks like I am going to have another neck surgery 7/23/10

Finally got to play a full round with the SGX. I initially had a lot of the same problems that everyone has been having with the SGX, however I've found Skycaddie customer support to be very helpful. The result, the SGX worked perfectly yesterday, and looking forward to getting out today! 5/30/10

Delaney641G says:
Just got back from Fairfield Glade, TN yesterday. Any of the courses at the Glade are great to play. We were able to play The Bear Trace at Cumberland Mountain on Tuesday. This is a Jack Nicklaus design and was very nice. The back nine ate me up but it was still a good time. On Friday we played at Fall Creek Falls. I was not impressed. The course is in bad shape and desperately needs water. The fairways were patchy and brown. And in my humble opinion there is TOO MUCH SAND. Just kidding. But there are 72 bunkers and I spent a little bit of time in quite a few of them. I played Nettle Creek in Morris, IL before I went to TN. My Sky Caddie was all kinds of messed up. It turns out that they have flipped the front and back nines from when Sky Caddie mapped the course. So if you ever play there you might have to start your scoring on 10 instead of 1. 4/25/10

Started back up about a year and a half ago when my wife suggested I buy a new set of clubs. Having a great time playing golf. Going to be heading to Fairfield Glade, TN next Saturday for a week of golf. Can hardly wait. Glad to have found this group. 4/10/10

On a positive note, the weather is getting better for GOLF...I am ready to tee it up, how bout you? 3/8/10
jimmyvig says:
I agree. The only positive from that is they made berthing on Surface ships only for women. On subs of ALL classes making berthing arrangements for women will be a difficult task to say the least. I do remember when women were integrated on ships, IE The Yoo Yoo, 120 women were either pregnant or sexual harassment in the first 6 months. Can U imagine if they were underwater? 3/8/10
flsam62 says:
I was on surface combatants when they were allow to come aboard them. It was not a smooth integration. It was disruptive to all for the same reasons jimmyvig is stating. They expected a world unto themselves. They complained about the berthing and heads. 3/7/10
jimmyvig says:
I was on SUBS for most of my career, that said I can see only one spot for them on a T Hull (Trident) is the Chiefs quarters. Now as a retired Chief I do not see that happening anytime soon. Congress has tried this launch before, so before all arms fly, lets just see what they do and how they are going to do it. Glad I am Retired fellas. 3/6/10
